Marie-Louise Høstbo is an architect and the founder of Høstbo Creative Direction. She is a graduate of the Royal Danish Academy and has made her mark both at home in Denmark and abroad—first as a co-creator of Dansk Møbelkunst’s celebrated design gallery, then at Fritz Hansen, where she championed Danish craftsmanship and strategically curated new collaborations with leading local and international designers.

Beyond gallery and brand engagements, Høstbo has conceived and delivered a diverse portfolio of exhibitions and interiors—for public and corporate institutions, as well as private homes—that probe the dynamic interplay of space, materiality, and function. Høstbo has delivered keynotes internationally and authored numerous essays and photo-essays on the balance of aesthetics and pragmatism in the built environment.
