Siv Støldal is a designer and artist based in Bergen/Tyssøy, Norway. She holds an MA in Menswear Fashion Design from Central St Martins, London, and a journeyman letter in men's tailoring. She works in the intersection between art and fashion, with concept driven clothes for everyday life. Through wardrobe studies and in-depth interviews, she explores dress codes and relationships people have with clothes. Close stories emerge, and through the personal, the universal is also revealed.
Her work is presented in several books and collected by The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design, Oslo and The National Museum of Decorative Art and Design, Trondheim. She is a co-founder of KioskenStudio and Bioregion Institute.
