Oscar Tuazon

Oscar Tuazon studied at Cooper Union and the Whitney ISP and currently lives and works in Los Angeles. Tuazon is a founding member of Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP), New York; castillo/corrales, Paris; and Water School, Los Angeles. Solo exhibitions include Hammer Museum, Los Angeles; Le Consortium, Dijon, France; Museum Ludwig, Köln, Germany, Broad Museum, Michigan State University. A permanent work, Un Pont, was inaugurated in Valdoie, France in 2016. Current projects include a public commission for the city of Seattle. His work has been included in the Venice Biennal; the Whitney Biennial; and Skulptur Münster 2017.
