Jorunn Veiteberg is an independent writer and curator. She has worked at Hordaland Art Centre in Bergen and Galleri F15 in Moss; been head of the arts department in the Norwegian Broadcasting Cooperation (NRK); adjunct professor at the Bergen Academy of Art and Design and the Oslo Academy of Art and Design; and a guest professor at School of Design and Crafts at Gothenburg University, Sweden. She was editor-in-chief of the Norwegian arts and craft magazine Kunsthåndverk from 1998 to 2007 and has written and contributed to many books on craft artists. From 2012 to 2022 she was chairwoman of the board at Norwegian Crafts, The Vessel's publisher.
