Sebastian Rusten (born 1986 in Oslo) lives and works in Oslo. Rusten graduated with a masters degree in material based art with a focus on textile in the spring of 2023. He has also studied tægerbinding, basketmaking with birch roots, with Signe Irene Berg and spruce root basket weaving and ravens tail weaving in Juneau, Alaska. Rusten has exhibited at Tegnerforbundet, Harpefoss Hotell, Oppland Kunstsenter, Leveld Kunstnartun, Hovedøya Kunstsal, and Kunstnernes Hus.
